Wangari Kamau, MSc, GPHR, is Founder & Principal Consultant of Soma Global Consulting which focuses on organizational development & change management. Wangari has worked in the global organizational development space for over 20 years. Her client base spans six regions (1) Africa, (2) Latin America and The Caribbean, (3) East Asia Pacific, (4) Middle East and North Africa, (5) Europe and Central Asia and (6) South Asia. She has expertise in designing & delivering global organizational development programs whilst embedding cultural intelligence, unconscious bias and emotional intelligence.

Wangari is also a recognized public speaker on global workforce trends at international conferences on topics ranging from inclusion & cultural awareness, working globally what it takes to succeed, working globally cutting through the noise to what is truly relevant. To continue to promote an inclusive multicultural work environment, Wangari works tirelessly in this space focusing primarily on economic equity and the intersectionality of the wage gap for women.

She speaks English, French and Swahili. Her hobbies include world dance, global cuisine and travel.
