Victoria Fine is a leader in digital content, growth and management. She is the CEO of Orb Media, an international media brand that uses data to discover new ways to solve global problems. She also is the founder of Finally, a digital growth company for purpose-driven brands. As the former director of strategy at Slate, she launched new platforms and revenue-driving growth plans for an audience of more than 25 million people. As the first managing editor at Upworthy, she built the distributed editorial team from 4 to more than 40 people and grew traffic at the publication from 8 million to 80 million unique views.
In addition, Victoria was a founding managing editor at Huffington Post Impact and Education, where she raised thousands of dollars through social impact reporting. She also co-built The Tiziano Project, which teaches people in conflict, post-conflict and developing regions multimedia storytelling skills to help them tell true stories.

Her work has received top honors from the Knight Foundation, Online News Association, the Gracies, SXSW, the Webbys and Adobe, among others. Lastly, Victoria has co-authored several books, including Fundamental Talent, a guide to top-level CEO succession and has taught widely, including as an adjunct professor of journalism at University of Southern California.
