Kim Hohman is a 20-year digital media veteran with diverse experience in large corporate environments (like Viacom/Nickelodeon and New York Times digital), scrappy start-ups (like Upworthy and WebLab), and, currently, in the nonprofit space, where she supports a network of organizations focused on building equity and power for low-income communities and communities of color. Her digital media experience spans a wide range of skills and interests, including social media, brand voice development, digital programming, digital marketing, content creation, and email and newsletter creation.

“I left “corporate America” due to the state of social justice in the United States, and committed to using my work and life experiences to have an impact in this area.”

Having been in the digital media space since before the term “social media” was coined, Kim has evolved her strategies and practices alongside the digital evolution, but one thing has remained constant—her commitment to creating the most impactful digital content and helping brands use digital platforms the way real people use them: authentically. Kim is a proud mom to two adult sons and currently lives in the Rocky Mountains with her high school sweetheart, who also happens to be her husband of nearly 30 years.
