The former Head of Content and Editor In Chief of The Walt Disney Company’s interactive media division, Catherine drove new thinking in the company on how to better engage girls and women, advancing internal conversations and action on overcoming what she termed ‘The Dream Gap’ and on the opportunity for franchises like Princess to help address that gap.
