Britt Robinson is the visionary founder of & Daughters, a Washington, D.C.-based boutique firm specializing in data-driven storytelling and inclusive communication strategies. As a Black, queer, neurodivergent woman, Britt harnesses her own intersectionality to help shape inclusive narratives for organizations at the forefront of social impact.
Her career includes roles at Broadway Across America and The Walt Disney Company, where she developed a deep understanding of narrative power and audience engagement. Britt's ability to leverage technology and storytelling to amplify underrepresented voices has driven her work with nonprofits, advocating on the global stage at the United Nations, G20, and other regional events.

Britt holds an MA in Global Gender Policy and Asian Studies from George Washington University. She has traveled extensively across Korea, China, Japan, Laos, and Vietnam for research and leisure. Her passion project involves researching and advocating for women’s rights in East Asia. She speaks Mandarin Chinese, Korean, and Norwegian, combining cultural insight with strategic acumen to advance inclusive storytelling that resonates globally.
In her free time, you can find her traveling, at the theater, or working on her latest historical costume.
